Pharmacological action: Recombinant canine interferon alpha mutant is a new generation of canine interferon alpha product with high activity. It has a broad-spectrum antiviral effect: it inhibits intracellular viral replication and proliferation, and it can be effectively inhibited regardless of natural virus or mutant virus. It has the function of improving immunity, promoting the function of macrophages, lymphocytes and NK cells of the body, and can remove extracellular viruses. Therefore, it has an intracellular and extracellular dual antiviral effect.
Indications: canine viral diseases, including: canine distemper, canine parvovirus enteritis, canine adenovirus, canine parainfluenza, canine coronavirus infection, canine herpesvirus infection, canine viral keratitis and other viral diseases.
Usage and Dosage: Dissolve with 1ml of sterile water for injection, muscle or subcutaneous injection (valid for 8 hours after dilution). The recommended dose is 20 to 500,000 IU/kg body weight per day, once a day, 5-7 days for a course of treatment, or as directed by your doctor.
Adverse reactions: The use of this product occasionally cause allergic symptoms such as elevated body temperature, adverse reactions mostly disappeared 48 hours after injection.
Note: Do not use if there is any abnormality such as turbidity or sedimentation after dissolution. The damaged product of the bottle cannot be used. For allergic dogs, a skin test should be performed before initial use.
Storage: 2~8 °C cold storage
